How do I make a good school choice?

I just recently got accepted into Pratt, it has been my first choice, but not i'm not sure because, one I don't know how strong the animation department is (my intended major) and the price is discouraging. Also online reviews of the school don't help. I also got into scad and a non-art school. I guess what I'm asking is for advice on how to make a decision that i won't regret, or if you have any personal experience from these schools that could help me. Thanks.
