how can we know if Extra Virgin Olive Oil we buy is really cold pressed without chemical processing and pure?Here in Iran there are many different distinguished and unknown Italian and Spanish brands.yesterday i bought a 1 liter bottle of extra Virgin olive oil for about 11 USD.considering the price of olive,extraction,labor,packing,freight,i… tax,trader and distributor margin how can we trust that the olive oil is really cold pressed or even if it is extracted from olive and not synthetic.
