Which college would be the best?

Okay I'm 17 years old and thinking about which college to apply for and I'm thinking about going to Pratt or Saracyuse. I wanna major in graphic design or anything really to do with film and game design, so which college would be the best for my requirements SU or Pratt? Thanks, Elijah
