Does this guy like me and what do I do?

Basically me and this guy were really close and we flirted. I told him I liked him. he freaked and said he was straight. Now he literally stalks me and will not leave me alone. He flirts with me nonstop and comments on everything I do or say. What do I do? I still like him BUT he said hes straight and Im scared hes just messing me around. Oh and just today I was in my room at college and he started shouting my name from downstairs. i tried to ignore him but it was relentless so I opened my door and asked what he wanted. He ignored me. I closed my door and he carried on shouting my name. I heard tapping on my window, looked out and saw that he was throwing stones at my window to get my attention. Also the night before I was in my room and he kept knocking but I ignored him so he left lol Yesterday I got back from being away for a few days and literally five minutes after being back he was round talking to my housemates downstairs, noone knew i was back yet. I put my music on and straight away he was up the stairs knocking on my door and then went into my neighbours room when he wasnt there and was banging on the walls so my painting fell down. I went outside and was like what is wrong with you? do you have nothing better to do? and he said he had cwk but couldnt do it, I told him to go home and went to close the door and he was like anyway youre a pratt and then he went to go but I told him about my man wall and he came back and ran downstairs telling everyone to come and look at my gay wall but everyone told him to go home haha grrrrrr does he like me?
