Good Fundraising Ideas?

Hi, my friend and I are starting an organization to collect supplies for mothers and children in Congo aged birth through three. We are working on getting our 501c(3) so that everything will be legal and right. But while we are getting that settled, we figured we should probably brainstorm ways to collect donations and raise money. We already have door to door collection, bake sales, and car washes.
