What suntan lotion should I use?

I am swedish/norweigen my skin is fair with a little pink in some spots and i do tan, I have very sensetive skin the only lotion I can use is a lotion from trader joes called enrich. I am trying to get a tan by the end of the summer or even sooner if I can, what sun tan oils or lotion do you recommend do I use. And how long do you recommend I stay outside I have three days off til I work again is it possible to get a little color before I go in? Thankyou for all of the help sry for so many questions wana make sure i do it right, no tanning beds or spray, I am not planning on doing this regulary just something new.
