SCAD/RISD/Pratt/SAIC/UGA? Which of these school should I go to?

I'm planning on majoring in Illustration. I really wanna go to one of these schools, but I don't know which one of these is the best. I want to meet cool people and be challenged in the school. I hear Chicago is pretty dangerous and that SCAD is not a good choice, but what is? A city would be nice. Please, help!!!! Please give as much info. as possible!!
